Based on many years of experience and solid technical expertise, we are regionally recognized as an engineering partner for critical applications. In close cooperation with our customers, Anelbras develops retaining rings, locking rings, shims and other fasteners for a wide range of applications in the automotive industry, general mechanics and other market segments.
Together with our partners, we have a supply capacity of over 5 million pieces per day and are Brazilian leaders in critical and safety applications of retaining and locking rings.
Our journey
ANELBRAS, in Indaiatuba-SP, was born from the partnership with SEEGER-ORBIS of Germany, to be the South American base for the exclusive supply of SEEGER rings — uniting an innovative Brazilian company with a centennial German company, inventor of the retaining ring. It quickly became the leading supplier of premium products for the most severe critical applications.

Management system and certifications
With modern facilities and equipment, Anelbras has a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015. Products are manufactured by partner plants that follow integrated management systems per IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001, and also meet specific standards of each market and customer.
For the automotive market, with high-volume, serial demand, we submit products for customer approval via PPAP whenever requested, and develop new products using the APQP methodology (IATF 16949). All items are carefully stored and identified; our lots, split into smaller sizes than the market, make traceability easier.
Product certification. Our rectangular- and circular-section locking rings for automotive piston pin retention are certified under the Compulsory Certification established by INMETRO Ordinance No. 301 of 07/21/2011, which defines the Conformity Assessment Requirements for Automotive Components.
