Steels and special materials
Anelbras retaining rings are made from high-quality spring steels, selected to meet each application's requirements. The AneLast® line standard is high-carbon steel (for example C75S, per DIN EN 10132-4): high modulus of elasticity, high yield strength and good hardenability. After forming, the rings undergo heat treatment (austempering) that ensures an excellent elastic regime with high toughness, allowing them to absorb high axial forces in the groove. Hardness is specified in Rockwell or Vickers depending on the size. The constant-section lines SW, RW, SB and RB use steels such as C58D (DIN EN 10016).
Sob consulta, há materiais especiais: bronze CuSn6/CuSn8 (antimagnético, indicado para aplicações sanitárias); inox X39CrMo17.1 (1.4122), martensítico, para tamanhos pequenos e médios sob altas tensões de montagem; e inox X12CrNi17-7 (1.4310, equivalente ao AISI 302/304), austenítico, com boa resistência à corrosão. Observação: aços inoxidáveis podem sofrer corrosão sob tensão em certos meios — recomenda-se projetar a ranhura para montagem com a menor tensão possível.
Flexibility for your assembly line
We package products in several ways to simplify the customer's assembly. As a rule, the standard is by diameter: rings up to 34 mm go in bulk, loose in boxes (200 to 12,000 pieces, depending on diameter); rings of 35 mm or more are stacked (stacks of 175 to 450 mm). Radial application rings go in bulk by default, with the option of stacked on rods or taped for large volumes. Disc springs, pins and other items usually go in bulk.
There are also patented, reusable magazines. Shipping is available in non-returnable boxes, returnable containers, loose boxes or on pallets.
